Lord Russell Association was launched in 1983 in Dinard, France. Its main purpose is to promote friendship with English speaking countries and especially the United Kingdom. Our Association aims at keeping alive the long-lasting British spirit in Dinard by setting up English language courses, round-table discussions in English and by being official partners of the regular Dinard British & Irish Film Festival, and managing the yearly twinning between Dinard and Newquay, Cornwall.
