Subscription renewals for 2023 for your Association’s membership of the British Community Committee are now open.
The Executive Committee has decided that in 2023 we will again operate an incentive for timely renewal:
Subscriptions
To renew your membership, please complete the registration process which can be found at this link:
Please include your association name in the appropriate box, and the details of the person managing the subscription in the boxes for nom and prénom.
Brief instruction on how to use the AssoConnect site are provided in "document 1" attached to this page.
As last year, payment can be made in one of three ways: by credit card, cheque, or bank transfer (referred to as "autre" on the payment page).
IBAN details for a bank transfer and the postal address to send a cheque can be found on the registration page and as "document 2" attached to this article.
You will receive a confirmation email automatically when you renew your subscription. This will include a receipt forpayment if you paid by credit card, or if you decide to pay by cheque or bank transfer you will first receive an order confirmation with details of how to complete your payment, followed by a second email with a receipt for your payment when your transfer or cheque clears at the bank. The receipt will be in the name of the person who completed the subscription, but it will also include your association's name which we hope will be sufficient for your record keeping.

Data Protection Policy
Your consent to the BCC’s Data Protection policy was obtained previously and there is no legal requirement torenew that consent this year. However, if you would like toreceive a copy of the BCC’s data protection policy, this can be downloaded from the website or obtained from webmaster@britishinfrance.email.
Contact & Directory Updates
This message has been sent to the contacts for your association held in the BCC’s mailing list. If there are any changes, please send an email to George Murray (registrar@britishinfrance.email)and he will update the mailing list.
The directory editor will shortly be updating the British In France Official Directory of Member Organisations for the 2023-2024 publication.
By 31st May 2023, please could you confirm to the directory editor Serena Stern (directory@britishinfrance.email) whether you prefer to keep your prior year entry unchanged or to update the text or contact details. The length of the text must be limited to a maximum of 75 words.
Thanking you in advance for your prompt action to both renew and confirm/modify your Directory entry as it will be a big help if we do not have to send out too many chasing emails.
