The Cambridge Society of Paris
The Cambridge Society of Paris, an association under the Law of 1901, welcomes all members of Cambridge University, past and present. It has a regular programme of events including an annual dinner with a speaker from or connected to the University, usually held in January or February, and two to three smaller, informal dinners. An open evening is held on the first Wednesday of each month from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm, currently at The Bowler Pub, rue d’Artois, 75008 Paris (but check our website for this and other activities. Other pub evenings are also arranged specifically for the younger members to meet up. Parties are organised for concerts and theatres of interest to Cambridge graduates, to which other Paris-based alumni organisations are often invited. The Society combines with the Oxford University Society in various social and sporting events.
